Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to fourteen days to revoke this contract without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from that day on, where you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post to Jessica Haire, Halde 5, 37444 Sankt Andreasberg, Deutschland, info@grammargon.com). You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery from the one offered by us); the most suitable standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Mia Shop UG (limited liability) ( In Mediapark 5, 50670 Cologne, Germany) without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of their nature, properties and functioning.
